- Q: Why can't I find the embedded menu of PPT2Flash after I installing it?
Regarding this kind of problem, please firstly make sure your program is not damaged, re-install the program if necessary; despite this issue, the following scenarios are known to produce the embedded menu lost error:
1. PPT2Flash is disabled by your system.
To solve this issue, for previous versions of PowerPoint2007, open your presentation, click on Help menu, then point About Microsoft Office PowerPoint (A) in the drop-down list, a dialog box will appear, hit the Disabled Items to see if the PPT2Flash is listed here, if it is listed, highlight the PPT2Flash and hit Enable.
If you are using PowerPoint2007, open your PPT, click the Microsoft Office icon on left-top corner, and then select PowerPoint Options on bottom of drop-down list. When the PowerPoint Options pane appears, click Add-Ins on left-hand column, then view Add-ins list in the right-hand window. Click the arrow alongside Manage bar, point Disabled Items, then press Go…,a Disabled Items dialog box popup, notifying you the disabled add-ins, if PPT2Flash Addin is listed, highlight this item and then press Enable.
2. Registry Error.
If your problem is not relating to the first issue, it could be the registry error, to solve this issue, activate the program manually:
Locate to the WsP2FAddIn.dll (WsP2FStd.dll for trial version) component under installation directory of PPT2Flash Std; at the meanwhile, go to Desktop -> Run, when the command dialog box appears, click in the textbox and type regsvr32, then click on WsP2FAddIn.dll icon, holding down the mouse button and then drag it to the command dialog box. After that, press Ok, then a RegSvr32 dialog box will appear notifying the registration is success.
3. Other Error.
If your issue is not due to the above errors, uninstall the PPT2Flash from the Add/Remove Programs window under Control Panel, and then reinstall your PPT2Flash.
- Q: Why the system reminds me that the register key is invalid?
The following scenarios are known to produce the invalid register key error:
1. You are using the trial version.
You can find out the version status when you go to the user interface of the program. To solve this issue, do not register in a trial version, only full versions require you the key code.
2. You still have the previous version (s).
Remove your previous version (s) before installing the new one.
3. The key codes are in Caps, there is blank in the series number.
Avoid these issues.
- Q: How to activate my PPT2Flash Std?
Once you finish the installation of PPT2Flash Std (Full version) on your computer, you have to activate it, start the program under Plug-In mode, from PPT2Flash Menu, select Register… from the drop-down list, when the Registration Dialog Box appears, type your license name and registration code in to textboxes and then hit Register to activate your PPT2Flash Std version.
- Q: Why I cannot register in the trial version of PPT2Flash?
All the trial versions will not require your registration code; do not try to register in a trial version. The usable period of trial version will last for 30 days.
- Q: I keep getting a trial expiration message on startup. I enter my registration key and email, and all is OK. But I get the expiration trial message again as soon as I start the program the second time. Why?
Firstly, make sure you install and access to the program as System Administrator. All Wondershare programs can only be setup and run with the "Administrator" access on the PC. Or else, some unexpected errors would happen.
Secondly, please make sure you download the program from the URL provided in the registration email.
FYI: Please don't download the upgrade program from our website if you have purchased our products for we only provide trial version there and it can't be activated after expiration.
- Q: How to upload the converted flash file to website?
Follow the steps below:
1. Upload the converted swf files to web. You may use FREE file upload service listed below if you don't have your own website.

- Q: Why I cannot view the Flash in my browser?
The following scenarios are known to produce this error.
1. Your computer or network is set to block the ActiveX control.
To solve this issue, make sure ActiveX controls is enabled in Internet Explorer. To do this, follow the steps below:
a. Start your Internet Explorer, click Tools Menu and then point Internet Options in the drop-down list.
b. From Security tab, click Default Level (if it is available) for the zone which contains the web page (usually Internet zone).
c. For IE 6 or above versions, click Privacy tab, then hit Default (if it is selectable).
2. The flash is blocked by firewall or Internet browser.
To solve this issue, click the blocked pop-up window to temporarily allow it to display. If there is no blocked window notice appears below the address bar of browser, open your IE, on Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click Pop-up Blocker Settings, when the dialog box of Pop-up Blocker Settings appears, place a check on Show Information Bar when a pop-up is blocked under the Notifications and Filter Level. And also close the Pop-up Blocker (e.g., Google Toolbar) if you have any.
3. You did not upload all the files located in output folder after conversion.
To solve this issue, check all your files under Output directory are uploaded to the website.
- Q: How to make an audio plays through multiple slides?
The following steps will show you how to make properly settings in your presentation:
1. Open your presentation file.
2. In slide view, display the slide which you want the music to start simultaneously with, and then import your audio onto that slide.
3. Right-click on the audio icon and point Custom Animation, then the Custom Animation panel appears on the right-side. In the task pane, select the Arrow alongside your audio, then from the drop-down list, choose Effect Options. After that, the Play Sound dialog box will popup, then from the Effect Tab, place a check on Stop Playing after *** slides, type proper value in textbox after estimating the number of slides that the music will cover, make sure the music duration not exceeds the total playing time of slides you estimated.
4. Click Timing Tab, find out the delay option, check the value is set to be 0 and then select Ok to finish the operation.
- Q: Can PPT2Flash Std support animated picture?
