After you choose a format on the Welcome page, you see the Import page. Click to select one or multiple PowerPoint files (you can import up to 9 different files at one time) from your local disk, and import them to PPT to iPhone for converting. The imported files are listed in the file list. Choose an unwanted file from the list, then click "Remove" to remove it. PPT to iPhone will process files one by one in the order that shows on the list. Choose a file, and click or to change the sequence of the current file.

Click "Next" to proceed to Video settings.
