FAQ - Technical Questions

- 1. Why some of the converted files are interrupted in a sudden or some slides are just skipped over when playback on Window Media Player?
Please upgrade your Window Media Player to V9.0 (or above) and DirectX to 9.0 (or above).
- 2. What can I do if I fail to convert my PPT file?
Please send the log file to CSC_el@wondershare (send by attachment, please do not use copypaste) for further testing, as a default setting, the path should be "My DocumentsWondershare PPT to iPhone Log Files".
- 3. Why some animations in the original PPT file are still on the output video?
It may because the animations inserted into the PPT file are as GIF/TIF/TIFF format which are not so well supported in the current version. Please convert them into video format, and then see how it goes. The later version will support all those formats; your patience would be greatly appreciated.
- 4. Why the audio file in the original PPT file can't be converted?
We strongly recommend you to upgrade the Window Media Player to V9.0 (or above) and DirectX 9.0 (or above). Our program supports most audio files which you inserted in your PowerPoint file as background music, and the sound of the video files.
But, if you have flash files with audios, they cannot be converted directly, please go to Video Settings -> Input Settings -> Audio, choose "Retain sounds by recording", then convert the PowerPoint file again. You may refer to the Audio section to learn more about this function.
