You can find the Layer Manager button above your selected collage in the workspace.

Layer Manager: As you see in the below picture, you can open the show layer to do the following operation:

Change layer: You can bring a layer to the front, or send it to the back, just drag the selected layer and drop it to the place you want. You can also click button to move the layer up, and click button to move the layer down. (please see the sample operation in the above picture)

Visibility: Click the eye in front of each layer could change the visibility of the layer. When the layer is gray, the layer is invisible. You can click it again to make it visible.

Delete layer: Click button to delete the selected layer.
