When you launch Wondershare Photo Collage Studio, you will see the following window:

The program provides four different methods to create a collage: Blank, Layout, Template and From Image.
- Template: Click to select a preset template to create your collage. See the figure below:
Select a template type from the Template Type drop-down list and all the templates of the selected type will be displayed in the template window in thumbnails. Note: The thumbnail with need double-click to download
before applying it. But if with mark, you can select it and click OK, or double click it to apply. For multiple-page templates, putting mouse on the number can let you preview every template thumbnail before download.
If you want to download all templates together, click the link at the bottom of the select themes window.
- Layout: Click to select a preset layout to create your collage. See the figure below:

Select a layout type from the Layout Type drop-down list and all the layouts of the selected type will be displayed in the layout window in thumbnails. To apply a layout, you can select it and click OK, or double click it.
- Blank: Click to open a blank page,and start to make general settings for your collage. See the figure below:
Preset Paper Size: Select a paper size for your collage. If you select Customize, you can set the paper size by inputting the width and the height values.
Orientation: Choose Portrait (vertical) or Landscape (horizontal) as the orientation of your collage.
Background: Choose transparent, a solid color or an image from your hard disc as the background of your collage. If you select Image, click the Load button to add an image from your hard disc as the background. And you can select Tile, Center or Stretch to place the added image to the background of your collage.
- From Image:Click to select a preset image to create your collage. Select a image located in folders on your system.To apply a image, you can select it and click open, or double click it.
