Sending Quarantined E-mail to Your Inbox
As you view quarantined e-mail, you may find messages that are not spam. You can send those messages to the inbox of your e-mail client. If you want to ensure that messages from those senders go directly to your inbox in the future, you can also add the senders' e-mail addresses to your whitelist.
Note:
Be sure to regularly review your quarantined e-mail and either send it to your inbox or delete it, so the quarantined messages do not take up too much space on your hard drive. You can set Spam Shredder to delete old e-mails automatically. For more information, see Setting Spam Shredder Filtering Options.
Spam Shredder also improves the learning database each time you send e-mail to your inbox. The learning database gathers better information about what is not spam.
