Changing Microsoft Office Wash Items

You can select which Microsoft Office programs Window Washer washes. The wash removes the list of files that you recently opened for each Office program you select. You see this list when you click the File menu in each program. This option does not delete the files themselves. It only erases Windows' "memory" that you recently opened the files.

To change the Microsoft Office wash items:

Start Window Washer, if it is not already open, and display the Window Washer window.

In the icon panel, click Wash Setup.
The Wash Setup panel displays.
Click Edit to the right of Microsoft Office.
Select or deselect the Microsoft Office programs you want to wash.
Click Apply.
