Changing Yahoo! Messenger Wash Items

You can change several wash items related to Yahoo! Messenger, which is an instant messaging program that you can download and install.

To change Yahoo! Messenger wash items:

Start Window Washer, if it is not already open, and display the Window Washer window.
For more information, see Starting Window Washer.
In the icon panel, click Wash Setup.
The Wash Setup panel displays.
Click Edit to the right of Instant Messaging.
Select or deselect the Yahoo! Messenger options you want.

Option	Description
Clear Pager Settings	Yahoo! Messenger uses this folder to store your notification information. This option deletes the notification information, so other users will not know you are online.
Reset Yahoo Profiles	Note: This option deletes all information about all Yahoo! profiles you have set up. If you select this option and want to use any of your Yahoo! profiles, be sure to write down the user ID information before running a wash.
Temporary Internet Files	Yahoo! Messenger uses this folder to store temporary Internet files. This option deletes the folder and all files in it.

Click Apply.
