StuffIt Reference Guide
This book is designed to provide more detailed information about particular areas of the StuffIt application, and about compression in general. This book also contains information about the various options that can be set in the StuffIt application, and their effect. The StuffIt application includes a complete command line syntax that is also described in this section.
This topic is broken up into to several sections. The first deals with the various ways you can work with the StuffIt application to create and expand archives.
The second section describes the various functions of the left hand panel, or "Explorer Bar", of the StuffIt application.
The third section covers the various actions available through the StuffIt toolbar buttons, and the menu bar.
The fourth section covers the StuffIt options dialog.
The last section covers various topics related to the StuffIt application and compression.
