Catalog Options
The options on the Catalog page are used to specify how the Catalog feature of the StuffIt application should behave.
Automatically Build Catalog: When checked, this option will cause StuffIt to search your computer for files that can be opened when you first click the Catalog toolbar button. When this option is unchecked, the catalog process can be started by clicking the "Start" button on the catalog page.
Catalog Mapped Network Drives: This option specifies whether networked volumes should be searched when building the catalog of supported files.
Archive Types to Catalog: This option specifies the archive formats to be returned in the Catalog window.
Excluded Directories: The excluded directories list allows you to build a list of folders that will not be cataloged. By default, the Windows and Program Files directories will not be searched.
