Folders Tab
The Folders tab is used to navigate the folders on your hard drive. This allows you to quickly find the files and folders you wish to archive. The advantage of having this navigation tool built into the StuffIt application is that you do not have to open a lot of Windows Explorer folders to access your files.
When you switch to the Folders
tab, the lower right panel in the StuffIt application is used to display
the contents of the currently selected folder. The files located in a
particular folder are displayed in the Folder Contents window, and not
in the Folder Tree itself. You can double click or drag and drop files
in the Folder Contents panel in the same way you would were they in a
Windows Explorer folder.
Views Button: The Views button is used to switch the way in which the files and folders in the Folder Contents tab are presented. You can choose to use one of several available icon views, or you can have the contents displayed as a list by choosing "Details". When the contents of a folder are displayed using the "Details" view, you can change the criteria used to sort the list by clicking the column headings. Click the column heading again to reverse the order of the sort.
Up a Level Button: The Up a Level button allows you to move to the parent of the folder whose contents are currently being displayed.
