Station Management

Managing the stations takes place in a window which you can launch by clicking on the "Stations" button. The station list containing all stations knowen to Radiotracker is displayed. In this window you can favor, ban, rip or listento stations from the station list as well as add new stations to the list.
Information about the number of stations in the list and how many are marked as favorites is displayed below the Station list. Here you can also see which artists are often played on the selected station.

Defining Favorites

To add a station to your favorites, select it from the list with a single click and click on the "Favor" button.

Stations you have added to your favorites are identified with a star. To remove a station from your favorites, select it from the Stations list click on the "Delete Fav " button.

Banning Stations

You also have the option to ban to certain stations which you dislike. This makes sure that Radiotracker will not use them for recording anymore. Just select a station and press the "Ban" button. To remove a ban from a station use the "Delete Ban" button.

Listening to and Recording Stations

Stations on the list can be recorded immediately by pressing "Rip" or can be listened to with "Play".

Filtering the Station list

Use the filtering options above the list to constrain the number of stations displayed in the list. You can display all stations of a specific genre, filter out all stations transmitting below a specific quality level (bitrate) or filter out specific stations using a text filter.

If you have already set up a Wishlist you can view the stations that frequently play your desired music.

Activate this setting using the checkbox "Restrict to stations which play music similar to wishes".
