The main window of the program containes two tabs having the following titles:
- Mail Passwords - displayes e-mail addresses, user logins and passwords as well as mail servers types and addresses;
- PST Files Passwords - displayes the PST file location name, file path and the password.
When the program starts, it retrieves logins and passwords
for all e-mail accounts of Outlook as well as passwords for the PST files registered
with Outlook (created by the Outlook user) and displayes them in the tabs described.
So, when running the program you can see all the information retrieved.
Lists with passwords, located on the tabs are sortable; you
just need to click on the column header and the items will be sorted (like the
Windows Explorer). Clicking again on the same column header will toggle the
sort order and re-sort the items according to the column header. The sort order
is shown by means of a small triangle on the header itself.
With a help of the program menu "File" you can execute
the following operations:

Mail Passwords
The Mail Passwords tab contains the login and password
information for all e-mail accounts created in Outlook.

Buttons located on the tab enable to commit the following operations:
- Copy to clipboard - enables to copy into clipboard the information retrieved.
- Save as… - enables to store the information in the formatted text file.
Copying into cliboard can be also done by means of pop-up
menu which appears when you click the right mouse button on any of the selected
items in the list.

|
PST Files Passwords
The PST Files Passwords tab displays the passwords
for the Outlook data files (*.pst). For the convenience, the program automatically
recovers passwords for known files that are registered with Outlook. To recover
passwords for the PST files which are not registered with Outlook and not displayed
in the list you need to click on the "Open PST file..." button
and point to the password protected PST file.
The recovered password for the PST file with a length longer
than 4 characters is not always equivalent to the original password. The point
is that the password is not stored in the file and besides, several passwords
can satisfy one and the same PST file due to protection vulnerability. The program
displays the first found password, which is correct for the current file. You
can always change the found password to any other if necessary by running Outlook.

Buttons located on this tab enable you to perform the following operations:
- Copy to clipboard - copies into clipboard the information retrieved;
- Open PST file... - opens the password protected PST file and recovers the password;
- Save as… - stores all information from the tab in the formatted text file.
The information retrieved can be copyed to clipboard by means
of pop-up menu which appears when you click the right mouse button on any of
the selected items in the list.

It means that the program considers words that have the same letters but in
different letter case to be two different words. For example: PASSWORD,
password, and PASSword are all three different words.
