Q: Where can I purchase this program?
A: To download the free Lite version for evaluation, you can go to http://www.exp-flv.com/flv-editor/. To purchase the Ultimate version, please go to http://www.exp-flv.com//edit-flv/purchase.html.
Q: What is the difference between Lite version and Ultimate version?
A: FLV Editor Ultimate is the full retail version of FLV Editor Lite. Lite version is totally free with limitations below:
1. No Project function is available.
2. Only 2 cue points can be added at one time.
3. Only 3 choices are available in player skins (with Moyea logo and link), special effects, and preloader sections.
4. Navigation on click in Profile section cannot be reset. Clicking on the generated SWF or HTML, you will be directed to our website.
5. At most 5 files can be imported.
6. Only one MP3 file can be imported.
Q: Why can’t I import FLV from Media Library? I already have Moyea YouTube FLV Downloader installed.
A: I'm afraid that the downloader installed on your computer must be lower than 2.0.8.0. You will be directed to the free download page for a latest version. Or you can download from http://www.flvsoft.com/download_flv/.
Q: How do I know whether my program is the latest version?
A: You can get the version information by selecting "Help"> "About".
To check whether the current program is the latest one, please click "Help" on the Main Menu and select "Check for Update". If you’d like the program to check for update automatically, please select "Options">"Preferences", and check "Auto check for update".
Q: Why can’t I run the program on my Mac?
A: I’m sorry that this program is designed for Windows OS only, and currently we don’t have Mac version available.
