Movavi offers to its customers to download and try a demo version of DVD to iPod. Use of DVD to iPod means accepting Movavi terms and conditions concerning copyright and licensing.
MOVAVI exclusively owns all copyrights to DVD to iPod.
DVD to iPod is licensed on per user basis, not per computer, per site or per company. For example, if 6 different people use DVD to iPod, each user must have their own license.
A registered version of DVD to iPod software may not be rented or leased but may be permanently transferred,
if the person receiving it agrees to terms of licensing. If the software is an update, the transfer
must include the update and all previous versions.
There are two kinds of DVD to iPod licenses: Personal and Business. With a Personal license you can use the program for non-commercial purposes in non-business, non commercial environment (at home). To use the program in the corporate, government or business environment, you should purchase a Business license.
An unregistered version of DVD to iPod may be freely distributed,
if the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge
a fee for the distribution of DVD to iPod without a copyright holder's written permission.
DVD to iPOd IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE THE SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. MOVAVI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFIT OR ANY
OTHER KIND OF LOSS CAUSED BY USE OR MISUSE OF THE SOFTWARE.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble,
otherwise reverse engineer, transfer a licensed program, or any subset of a licensed
program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorised use shall result
in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
MOVAVI reserves all copyrights not expressly granted here.
Installing and using DVD to iPod signifies acceptance of these terms and
conditions of the license. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
DVD to iPod files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
