Securing Your Data Identity
Pro separates your data into three categories: Internet Data, Email, and My
Computer Files. Each are controlled by the tabs on the top of this page This
screen is what you will see after you have selected Fix on the My
Computer Files Tab. The left side of this screen shows you what the
information looks like in the file. This screen is the that will
appear after you have selected Fix to a line item in the Internet Data screen. 1. You can Secure
Delete the file (secure delete is an encrypted way of deleting a file from your
hard drive) The Next tab
are Items found within Emails. Once you have selected Fix within the Email
tab you have Two options. Warning:
Redaction is irreversible, the document will stay in its original form but the
threat words or numbers that are X
out
Once
you have chosen a tab, you can highlight a line item by clicking on it.
After the line is highlighted move your cursor to the right of the screen and
Click Fix.
This will take you to the next
screen. 
The highlighted lines are the threats
within the document. There are Three courses of action you can take for the
threats found in My Computer Files.
These actions are executed by using
the three buttons on the bottom of this screen.
1. You can Open File In Default Application. (For
Viewing.)
2. You can Secure Delete the file
(secure delete is an encrypted way of deleting a file from your hard
drive)
3. You can Move File to Vault (Vaulting a
document encrypts the file within your Identity Pro's Vault and can be view at
any time with the correct password.)
There is only two courses of
action.
2. You can ignore the item. (
Ignored items are not protected by Identity Pro).
1. You can Secure
Delete the file (secure delete is an encrypted way of deleting a file from your
hard drive)
2. You can Remove Text "Redaction"
(Redaction is when the Threat words or string of numbers are replaced with
X's)
and are not able to be changed
back.
