Identity Pro Online Manual

     The My Wallet Icon on your screen is an Encrypted and Password protected location where Your personal information is stored.
Just Click the Icon to open the My Wallet feature.

     This is a sample of the information kept in the My Wallet location. To edit your information
just Click the Edit My Personal Information button on the lower left of the screen. Each time you close
the My Wallet screen Your information will automatically be re-encrypted.

    Each time You open the My Wallet feature You will be required to enter Your Password.

     Identity Vault is your location where all the My Computer Files you have elected to encrypt to vault are stored. This location is Encrypted and Password.
To Open the Vault Just Click The Icon and enter your password.

     The Vault is a very important tool within Identity Pro. The Vault not only keeps your information encrypted when not in use, But
it also allows you to add a description name to each file.
Simply highlight each line, type a description in the Change File Description Window and Click Save.
The Vault has a third feature. You can search the Vault for a file by Description (which you have added) or by File Name.
Just Click the search type you would like to run and type in the key word
in the Search Vault Line and Click the X to the right of the window to begin the search.Each time you close 
The Vault screen Your information will automatically be re-encrypted.

     This is the window you will see each time you open the Vault.
Enter your password and Click OK to open the Vault.

     This Icon will take you to the help screen, Where you view Local Help, Online Help, Check for Updates, or Contact Us.

     This is the screen you will see after Clicking the Help Icon. Select the appropriate tab, for the type of help you need.

     To View the Icon Legend Just Click the word (Icon Legend) on the Right top portion of this screen.

     This is an expanded view of the icons you see in the Scan Screens. During a scan you can open the Icon Legend
to view the types of files Identity Pro is finding.

     Generate Report allows you to View or Print all of the data found in any of the search screens. (Internet Data, Email, or My Computer Files).
Just Click Generate Report, It will then ask you where you would like to save it. You can then print a copy of the report or just view it in
a file on your desktop.

 Warning: All files saved to a location outside of Identity Pro are not protected. If you Generate a report and save it to your files you must run an
 Identity Pro full scan and encrypt or secure delete the file before they are again protected.
