Setting up the E-mail

To set up an e-mail, follow these steps:

1.Open the Message Editor by clicking New or Edit from the Messages Task List.  
2.In the Send To field, select the group to whom you want to send the message from the drop-down list.  
3.In the From field, select the an address from the drop-down list. If necessary, you can create an account for yourself by selecting File > Account Setup in the Message Editor.  
4.In the Subject field, enter a subject for the message.  
5.In the Message Format box, on the Menu Bar, select the format type: Plain Text or Rich Text (HTML).  
6.You can also assign a priority to the message: High or Low.
