Merge Scripts: Link Text

This script makes the contents of any field a hypertext A HREF link. This works in Rich Text (HTML) Format only, and the selected field must contain an e-mail address or URL.
| 1. | Create a new message, or open a draft message.
|
| 2. | Position the cursor in the message where you want the field information to appear.
|
| 3. | Click Insert > Merge Scripts > Link Text [tab].
|
| 4. | In the Link box, select the field to become a hyperlink.
|
| 5. | Click Insert and Close the window when you are done.
|
| 6. | Preview the message to be sure it displays properly.
