Group Mail 3 Formats

To update an existing installation of Group Mail 3, follow these steps:
| 1. | Ensure that Group Mail 3 is not running.
|
| 2. | Start GroupMail 5.
|
| 3. | In the GroupMail 5 File menu, select Import Group Mail 3 Settings.
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 4. | Select the appropriate options from the upgrade window:
|
|
|
|
|
|
| 5. | Click Convert and then click Close, when the conversion has completed.
