Editing Hyperlinks

To edit the hyperlink appearance, follow these steps:

You must be in Rich Text (HTML) format to perform this procedure.

| 1. | Place the cursor in the hyperlink text, and open the <a> Properties window using one of the following methods:
|
| · | Right mouse click, and select Link Properties from the pop-up menu.
|
| · | Use the Message Editor menus: Insert > Hyperlink.
|
| 2. | To edit the URL, key in the corrections in the Link URL: field.
|
| 3. | To add Popup text, that is text that shows when you hold the mouse over the hyperlink, key in the text in the Popup Text field.
|
| 4. | To open the target in a new frame, select _NewWindow from the FrameTarget drop-down options.
|
| 5. | To change the link color, select a new color from the LinkColor drop-down options.
|
| 6. | You can further emphasize the link by adding lines: overline, underline, or line-through. You can also opt to use no lines. Select from the Text Decoration drop-down options.
