Setting A Password
You can password protect your database to prevent un-authorised access to your work.
Setting A Password To Your Database
1. Use the menu command Database | Set Password.
2. Enter any alphanumeric password and repeat this entry in the cofirm password field. Then click the OK button.
Note that the password is case sensitive. The next time you attempt to open this database, you will need to provide this same password to gain access.
WARNING ! You must remember the password or you will not be able to access the database.
Removing A Password From A Protected Database
1. Use the menu option Database | Set Password
2. Ensure that both the Password and Confirm Password fields are blank. Then click the OK button. This will remove any previously set password.
