Restoring Your Database
About
Before you can restore, you must create a backup or archive file first. Restoring is the process of expanding the archieve file (zip file) into the data files that can be opened directly by Instant Invoice 2007.
Procedure
1. Use the menu option : File | Restore.
2. In the Restore dialog box, specify the Archive (zip file) that you wish to restore in the "Backup From" box. You can click the elipsis button to locate the zip file.
3. Specify the location that you with to extract the archive to in the "Restore To" box.
4. Click the Start Restore button to begin the restore process.
5. Once complete you will see the message "Restore Complete". You will be prompted if you wish to open the database. Select Yes if you wish to do so.
