Recurring Invoice/s Due For Generation
This form displays a list of recurring invoices that are due for creation or generation. Recurring Invoices shown in this list are based on the "Next Invoice Date" and the number of days specified in the "Remind Me" option. So if the next invoice date is say 1st Jan 2007 and you specified a Remind Me option of 3 days. This invoice will be shown in this list on the 29th Dec 2006.
To continue to generate all of them, click the [Generate Now] button otherwise click cancel. If necessary, you can skip an invoice from the current billing cycle. From the list, double click the Pause option to skip an invoice from the current billing cycle. When generating the invoices, if Instant Invoice 2007 comes to a recurring invoice template that has been marked as pause, it will not be generated but a new "Next Invoice" date will be calculated and inserted to the template. Hence any paused invoices will be skipped from the billing cycle until such time that you remove the Pause status.
