Email
From the main menu, Click Tools | Options | Email page. Here you can specify how you want Instant Invoice & CashBook 2007 to deliver your emails and you can also define default email cover message templates.
1. MAPI Compliant Email Software - Use this option if you want Instant Invoice n CashBook 2007 to send emails through you existing MAPI complient email software like Ms Outlook Express. With this option, you can compose emails in your own email software however you cannot use the Rich Text features of Instant Invoice n CashBook 2007. You will not be able to embed hyper links or Paypal buttons to your email cover pages.
2. ISP Mail Server (SMTP) - Use this option if you want to send emails directly through your ISP (Internet Service Provider) mail servers. This option enables more features of the product in that you can send email cover pages with rich text and hyper links. You can also insert Paypal payment links enabling you can collect on-line payments from your customers.
