No favorite places were copied
The most common cause of this problem is if you read your email on www.aol.com using your Internet browser, as opposed to using the AOL client, such as AOL 9. If this is true for you, then ePreserver can only copy your email, not your favorites places or address book.
A second possible cause is that many of your Favorite Places in AOL only work when you are using the AOL client. They will not work in Internet Explorer and so ePreserver does not copy them. Therefore, you can have many Favorites in AOL but ePreserver tells you that no Favorites were copied.
