Problems in burning

DVD-Cloner can support almost any kind of DVD burner; However, sometimes a non-supported situation may occur. If your DVD burner is not recognized by DVD-Cloner, or it cannot process burning, try the following:

1. Make sure your DVD burner is working properly and that the blank disc is in good condition. Additionally, check to see that the burner and the disc are compatible.

2 Close or uninstall any other related DVD DRIVER, DVD BURNER software.

3 Make sure the firmware of your DVD burner is the newest one. You can go to the link http://www.cdrinfo.com/Sections/Firmware/LatestFirmwareUpdates.asp to check.

4 If you still can’t get your movie burned, you can select your HDD as target first and then use the burning software of your burner to burn your movie to blank disks. We recommend you use Nero burning rom, RecordNowMax, Easy CD/DVD Creator, Roxio CD burner, etc.
