Installing Any Capture Screen

Download the Any Capture Screen installation package if you haven't already. On Windows NT and Windows 2000/XP systems, login with Administrator privileges. EXIT ALL RUNNING PROGRAMS. Run SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions.

Note: Please exit Any Capture program if it is running before you install new version. Otherwise, you can not install it successfully.

Running Any Capture Screen

Click Any Capture Screen program group icon,then click "Any Capture Screen" menu item. Any Capture Screen will startup. When it running, there is an icon of Any Capture Screen in system tray bar:

Configure options

Choose Options() item from main menu, toolbar or system tray menu. You can configure Any Capture Screen's options:

General options: Custom Any Capture Screen running parameters such as minimize on startup, popup main window after capture, enable sound while capturing etc.
Capture options: Configure options for capturing such as including mouse pointer, freezing screen, default capture action etc.
Menu&Scroll options: Custom menu capture and auto-scroll features.
Hotkey options: Custom your own favorite capture hotkey.
Capture output: Configure output targets (clipboard, file, printer) of Any Capture Screen after capture.
Color select: Choose transparent color, fill color and view background color.

Capture your desired images

• Choose your desired capture item from main menu, toolbar, system tray menu or capture hotkey start capture.
• Mouse cursor is changed and tracking hint bar showes on capturing:

• Select region by left clicking mouse, move region by right clicking mouse, and finish capture by the second left clicking mouse. The hint bar zooms in hot spot of mouse cursor, displayes mouse position, size of selected region, and hint string of hotkeys:

• You can press the ESC hotkey cancel current capture operation, press the SHIFT hotkey toggle between showing or hiding capture hint bar, press LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN arrow hotkey adjust mouse cursor precision position, press ENTER or SPACE hotkey to substitute for clicking left mouse or right mouse.

• Any Capture Screen will execute your custom tasks that you can configure by 'Options' item.
  

  NOTE: Tracking hint bar will be not shown on capture desktop, active window, active window client, menu etc. Only hotkey can be used on capture menu. Some application (like the in many microsoft product) do not have true menus. To capture these menus, use single window capture mode to capture the 'menu' manually.

Edit and modify images

• Add and edit draw objects, such as line, arrow line, rectangle, ellipse and text with draw tools bar.
• You can click button to toggle select region and move view.
• Once select a region, you can copy, cut it to clipboard or copy, move it to another place by pressing left mouse and moving mouse and pressing ctrl key or not.
• You can paste it into current image or into new image as long as clipboard resource is bitmap type.
• You can resize, scale, strtech the current image to change it's horizonal width and vertical height by clicking the desired item.
• You can finish it from "Operations" menu to rotate image any angle, flip image horizonally and vertically, adjust image's contrast, brightness, grayscale,invert.

View, save and print images

11 format viewed files and 5 format saved files are supported by Any Capture Screen now.You can print yout desired layout image by clicking "layout" button in setup printer dialog. You can also preview print layout.

Uninstalling Any Capture Screen

The following two methods can uninstall Any Capture Screen:

Note: Please exit Any Capture program if it is running before you uninstall it. Otherwise, you can not uninstall it successfully.

• Click Any Capture Screen program group icon,then click "uninstall" menu item.
• Click on Start, then Settings, then Control Panel. Now double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Windows Control Panel. Select Any Capture Screen in the list of installed programs and click the Add/Remove button.
