Q: Why do I get such terrible quality of the video, there are so many stripes on it?
A: For some certain DVDs, especially the ones which are homemade, the converted video quality may be very terrible, such as some pixels, mosaics or stripes on the picture. So you need to choose the suitable interlace to adjust the picture effect before you convert the video. Please Click here to get the more information.
Q: How can I get the converted video’s resolution suitable for my player?
A: The best way is that you choose the right output format by the player's name. The resolution has been preset to fit the player's screen. And you also can customize the resolution if you can not find the type of your player in the profile list. In the Setting window, you can select the right resolution for your player. If there is no resolution which fits your player's screen, you can even type a resolution in the Resolution field.
There is a way to adjust the aspect ratios: in the Crop panel, there are these options as 16:9, 4:3, Keep Original, Full Screen, Letter box and Pan&Scan.
