You can set misc options using the Tools | Options command ("General" page).
Application
open document after conversion - if set, the program opens the converted document automatically
save history (in History folder) - if set, the program saves history of your operations to disk
generates contents - if set, the program generates contents with bookmarks and hyperlinks in the output file
include PDF info - if set, the program includes PDF information in the output file
HTML export
export CSS - if set, the program exports document to HTML using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets)
Misc Options
autodetect URLs and e-mails - if set, the program autodetects web-addresses and e-mails and makes them hyperlinks
use separator - if set, the program appends break (horizontal line) after every page in the output file
