Getting Real-time Reports
KMailer provides live tracking on all email campaigns you send out. Reports are an integral part of the campaign process. Real-time results tell you everything you need to know to measure the success of your campaign and tailor future campaigns for even better results.
To view the report on an email campaign, please switch to "Reports View" by selecting menu: "View" -> "Reports View".
Select one campaign from the dropdown box to view its reports:
1. Campaign activity summary
The first report you'll see when you get a report on a campaign is the "campaign activity summary." This report gives you an "at-a-glance" view of your campaign results, including:
- The total number of recipients
- How many people received the campaign
- How many people opened your HTML emails
- How many people clicked on any link
- The total number of clicks for your campaign
- How many people unsubscribed
2. Emails opened by Day
The "Emails opened by Day" report shows you how many email opened by the recipients each day, and shows you that daily number as a percentage of the total number of emails opened to date.

3. Click-throughs by Day
The "Click-throughs by Day" shows you how many clicks your campaign got each day, and shows you that daily number as a percentage of the total, cumulative click-throughs for your campaign to date. One of the primary advantages of email over direct marketing is how quickly you can reach your contacts and how quickly they can respond. Most click-throughs occur within the first 48 hours of sending a campaign.
4. Click-throughs by Link
Learn which link generated the most interest with the "click-throughs by Link" report. It lists all the URLs you used in your campaign, how many times each link was clicked, and how many clicks each link got as a percentage of total click-throughs.
5. Recipients statistics
The "Recipients statistics" gives you more details about individual reader behavior. It shows you exactly who did what:
who opened your HTML emails, who unsubscribed, whose email can't be sent, and who clicked through. This information enables you to interact one-on-one with your readers or segment your list based on preferences. Either way, it's easy to send follow-up emails with more targeted messages.
