I guess most want to do it but don't know how to do, because iTunes can transfer from one way only, which is computer to iPod, and create a new playlist is so so inconvenient. Now, there is a best solution which is using iPod 2 iPod.
I found this software occasionlly on internet and it is as small as a mp3 file, and quite easy to use, only drag and drop is enough. Have your heart flattered? Just take it and have a try!
