Strength:
WikMail 2008 is designed very cute and easy to use. It excels at anti-spam--to block junk mails. The stability of WikMail is perfect that we may ignore it when it’s in tray bar. It’s more powerful than FoxMail in that there are some special designs of it.

Weakness:
There seems be some limitations set by this tool, for some URL cannot be recognized.

Benefits
This program looks smaller than FoxMail yet the functions are stronger. It is compatible with standard POP3, IMAP, and HTTP mail accounts (i.e. Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, etc). We can use this smart tool to receive our E-mails without login our E-mail websites—follow its installation wizard,  then write down our User logon name and Password, this tool will get our mails.
I’ve tried FoxMail before trying it; FoxMail is also easy to use while I found WikMail is quite special designed in entertainment, yeah, there is nothing wrong with your eyes—I was also surprised to find it contains a player! I tried it with an indifferent mood in that I do not care the player work, but it really works! This function adds points to WikMail, which makes a mailer tool become more practical and powerful.
There are backup and restore data included in WikMail 2008. These gadgets could help you transfer data from one PC to another or simply for your protection in case of disk crash. It’s very considerate for users who own lots of important mails—if they have stored a backup, there will be probably nothing worried.
This program also leaves us choices for its skin. The default settings contain five different styles of skins, especially a skin with vista effect, very impressive.

Setup
The download speed is very quick though the size is 11MB. The installation is more like an inquiry rather than a common installation. After installation, we have to reboot systems. There is no malicious plug-ins of WikMail 2008; it’s a 100% clean facility.
This tool provides us a convenient way to uninstall that we do not need to remove this app by Control Panel. There is a folder left by WikMail, we have to delete it after uninstall.

Interface
The interface of this app impressed me by its gorgeous design. When I first launched it, there is time zone, weather forecast and your real IP address displaying on the main interface, which attracts me a lot, especially in weather forecast—from it, I can learn different temperature in everywhere. On the right bar, there are three buttons for mail and one for weather forecast. It looks like that there are fewer functions than FoxMail, yet if you click “Menu” button, you will see more. The interface of “Mailer” is similar to FoxMail, but different factors are added—we can employ WikMail to filter junk mails by setting here.

System Requirements

This app runs well on Windows 2000/2003/XP/Vista. There is no special requirement for RAM because of its nice stability. There is 11MB occupied for this tool that it can be seen as a lightweight one. There is no other requirement for launching it.

Conclusion
WikMail 2008 excels at stability, the well designed interface as well. This tool is added more practical utilities for our mails, such as safety and convenience. In short, beginners could operate it with ease while advanced users would feel satisfied with its gorgeous style. Yet there are some flaws found by certain user who told us it can not send mails through Comcast.net and I tried, same result was showed. I expect next version will add more protocol, thus makes users more comfortable.
