You can make voice books from wikipedia by WikiTalk Text to wav option.
Text to wav option works in background so user can use Wikitalk TL or other programs during Text to wav execution. You can convert wav files to mp3.

WikiTalk is planned so that persons with limited sense of sight can use it by keyboard as easy as possible

WikiTalk TL needs an Internet connection to work. WikiTalk TL is free for not commercial use
