Light and nice to use program (multilingual as all of them) to bring you MS Messenger like notification window (or balloon) with graphical weather conditions in your (or not) area.

You can simple choose to show up to 100,000 different location all over the world in your computer just with 3M program. I'd looked for program like this, but was unable to find something will do it comfortable way for multiple locations and without make my computer to move as turtle. So here it is.
