Besides those standard functions, ShareMail has a unique feature, that is Sharemail + one ISP mailbox = full email service and individual mailboxes for more than 100 users.

Sharemail is a email server which runs on any Win32 platform. Quite different from conventional mail servers, ShareMail expands only ONE email account from your ISP into as many private mailboxes as you need.

Support Alias
ShareMail support Alias for email box. An alias is another name for a specified mailbox. Messages addressed to the alias will be delivered to the real named mailbox.

Email Broadcast and newsletter
Broadcasting is an advanced feature for user. The mail sent to this account will be coped to every member of ShareMail , so everybody will receive this email . It seems as the maillist but you needn't subscribe it . Often broadcasting is used for Notice and Announcement .

Dial-Up Networking
ShareMail will automatically use Microsoft's Dial-Up-Networking to dial the modem and connect your service provider.

Run As NT Service
ShareMail can also work in NT Service method .

POP3 Proxy
Through POP3 proxy £¬user can receive any mail from internet.

Anti-Spam
ShareMail can check every message according to where it comes from and its size. avoiding large and Spam emails .

Activity Logging
ShareMail can log all network activities passing through it.

Support firewall/proxy
ShareMail can work behind firewall/proxy server . ShareMail uses SOCKS v5 protocol to cross the the firewall/proxy . Most of the firewall/proxy can support this protocol .

Remote Control
Everyone can change their account password remotely in their WWW browser.

Exchange for Inner emails
If mails are only for local mailbox, ShareMail will exchange them locally , not send to internet again .

Support MailList
Maillist mailbox allows a single message to be sent to many list members. A list has several options to control how it works and can be configured to allow members to subscribe and unsubscribe the list by simple messages.
