You can do: Google, Google Desktop, or Live search, insert text into any IE toolbar (Google, Live, Yahoo), find text in document, translate selected text or the whole Web page with Google Language Tools.

SelectGo integrates with some popular apps: Skype, Babylon, and Lingvo. Unlike many other similar programs, with SelectGo you can not only make text selection in many different apps, but also show the target window with selected text before submission to edit the text, select options, and choose submission type in the window.
