This program offers you a quick and easy way to synchronize personal folders in Microsoft Outlook. PST files are the Outlook Personal Folders file that stores all the Outlook settings and data; may it be your Mails, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, etc. Just set the source and target PST files; in it choose the folders/subfolders for synchronization and with a few clicks the target file is updated with latest data. If the selected folder or child folder doesn't exist in the target file, the entire folder is copied else it only appends the target files with new and changed entries. Users can directly access the PST Utilities option from the toolbar, and carry on their work with ease. These options are displayed on the MS Outlook screen when you install the PST Utilities Toolbar from the Overview tab. On uninstalling it, the options disappear from the Outlook screen.
