Power IE protects your online privacy by suppressing the download of banner ads and pop-up ad windows. Power IE Banner Ad Blocker and Pop-up Blocker Software is an IE add-on (Fully integrated into IE, it\'s a handy toolbar!) which will improve browser performance and will protect your online privacy by suppressing the download of banner ads and pop-up ad windows.

The Power IE toolbar should appear as a toolbar in your browser window (look for the Power IE logo on the right hand side).

Here are some key features of "PowerIE":

  • Block Popups - Smart Popup Blocking
    It blocks all the annoying pop-ups/pop-unders automatically (Needless to hold down CTRL or some other keys to open a new window, Needless to maintain a black list of Web sites which generate popups, but the Smart Popup Filter can be temporarily disabled by holding down CTRL key). Instead of black list, it maintains a approved Web sites list (white list), this way you can specify which Web sites are allowed to generate popups.
  • Block Ads - Ad Blocking (URL Blocking)
    It allows you to block certain domains that you don\'t want to have anything to do with, With a bit of effort, you can lessen the load, speed up your surfing, and reduce the clutter on the pages you visit. Blocking ads frees up precious bandwidth and can protect your privacy.
