As quick as hide you can restore program window by the secret key combination (the default is ++; you can generate or change your own secret key combination at any time). Your stupid boss simply will never find any of that darn chats on your desktop!

The Antiflood system puts an end to any conference blocking attempts (for example by flooding network with long repeating absurd messages). Simple contact list control allows you to ignore all messages from some boring or non-interesting interlocutors.
