Web Invoice Suite allows users to log in and view the status of their Invoices -- all of them. If they have paid an Invoice they may also view received date and other information.

Set a default, and custom billing cycle dates for users. E.g. a user can be Invoiced on the 10th of the month and payment not due until the 30th, or if you choose payment can be due on the 11th.

Keep track of sales agents sales using the AGENT field on the InvoiceWizard!

Color coding of customer invoice data breakdowns helps you see who is overdue and who is not. For overdue users, a reminder E-mail can be sent, and reminder Invoice printed at the push of a button.
