The program could accept RSS, ATOM and RDF news feeds. If you see an XML icon on a webpage, which means that you could get the RSS news feeds in RSS Readers, for the author has included a RSS, ATOM or RDF syndicated news feeds.
Fuzzy Duck RSS Reader automatically sits on the desktop and displays the latest headlines or descriptions from your subscribed news feeds. It doesn't take a full screen and looks like tiny.
If you want to know further, just click the headlines and the tool will open your browser to show the content. The news headlines are more elaborate than a common RSS Reader.
The operations are easy and even a beginner will get familiar with it in no time.

It's compatible with Windows 98, 2000, ME and XP. The RAM requires 64MB and you should leave 15MB free hard space to store it. These requirements are easy to achieve, aren't they?
Conclusion:
This RSS reader is the easiest one I have ever met. It's very convenient for novices to subscribe news by it, for the news feeds are automatically added. The settings are not convenient to find, for they are not on the interface. If you want to set something, launch it and right click the icon in system tray. Will it be designed more convenient?
This freeware is worth trying.
