Limitations:
You can transfer only 100 emails during the trial version and the pop-up window that annouce you the transfer metter is always on top of the program.
On deleting a mailbox, the contents will not be added to Trash. You will not be able to restore the deleted mailbox
If a filtering process is aborted and Web Response Grabber is immediately shut down,the mails will not be filtered. It should be filtered manually.
"Selected Text" feature in Web Response Grabber Import Toolbar will not work for Eudora, Outlook Express.
Templates will not process email when mailbox exceed 15 MB size limit. Backup and empty the mailbox for the templates to continue processing the emails.
Templates with more than 200 lines will have refresh problem
Any new template created while Web Response Grabber Import Toolbar is launched will not be immediately listed in the drop down menu. Close and re-launch the Import Toolbar for the new template to be listed.
Import toolbar will not display the latest templates in the drop down menu, if it was running while creating the template. Close and re-launch the Import Toolbar.
Whenever you add/remove row(s) in the work sheet, make sure to edit the template and modify the row from where Web Response Grabber has to start updating data.
If the row to which the data should be tranferred previously contains data , Web Response Grabber will overwrite the row without warning.
Error Transferring Data is displayed in Process status window if the Excel file to which data is being transferred is open. Please close the Excel file during transfer.
Fields with Auto number data type will not be available for mapping.
Fields with Primary Key requires data while creating a record in Access database.
Record will not be added to database, if the incoming value for the Primary Key is empty.
Length of Fields with Number data type should not be greater than 9.
If you are transferring a record to more than one table, with duplicate check enabled, at least one field from each table needs to be selected for duplicate check.
Table and Internal Field names should not have spaces in between.
Table and Internal Field names should not have key words (like date, Int, Time)
Table and Internal Field names should begin with alphanumeric character and should not have special character like -, (, [, ), ], &.
Maximum number of characters that can be transferred to a field in Access is 1024
Following user defined fields are not supported: Phone, email, Address & Picture
Web Response Grabber will have issues in transferring to ACT! 2006/2005, if
.NET Framework 2.0 is installed in the system. Uninstall .NET Framework 2.0 and install .NET Framework 1.1 to fix the transfer issue
