DISCo Pump, offline browser, is the program for saving entire contents of Web-pages on your local drive.

DISCo Pump has an interactive interface, unique result presentation ("file tree" and "navigation map", talkative page icons), capability of automatic independent work, preview option. Exclusive features: high speed, qualitative site map, the possibility to affect the process while pumping, to choose whether to read or ignore the page etc.

DISCo Pump Features:

  • Flexible adjustment (connection, reference level, what file types to pump, what servers to skip)
  • Special feature: while downloading DISCo Pump always builds the site map (named as File tree)
  • Interactive interface
  • In advance or directly during the work you can point out what to load in the first place and what branch of tree to ignore, delete the file or otherwise expand this branch, look for page properties. In addition, while pumping it is possible to display directly the chosen page using your favorite browser just by clicking its icon in the tree
  • The icons next to the page names reflect the current state of the page (waits to be processed, is being read now, already read, ready to be used, saved from the previous session (folder, read with error, excluded by user)
  • While loading pages the program is buiding and displaying the map of pages being read in two ways simultaneously: file structure like the common Catalog Tree and Document Tree where all references and logical structure of the page are shown
  • Allows to specify the pages to load from the given site once, and while the next connection to the same site the program will pump only the new information ?renew option
  • Capable to re-establish Internet connection. If Internet connection has been accidentally broken, DISCo Pump renews it from the exact disconnection point automatically
  • Allows a user to define tasks to be implemented automatically. The Pump may work independently either at day or at night, when the telephone is unnecessary and discount provider rate is available. You may launch a program from a command line. DISCo Pump will connect a site, will carry out and will complete the task by itself
  • Special feature: the last release allows to preview any downloaded pages
