Attach Plus makes e-mailing, password protecting and creating PDFs a snap Attach Plus' innovative e-mail integration gives you the possibility to work with e-mail attachments in an intelligent, intuitive way.
Using Attach Plus makes it super easy to attach, modify and e-mail your files.
The program works with Outlook, Outlook Express and Goldmine and springs into action whenever you attach a file to an email message.
You then have the option to convert the file(s) to PDF, create a zip file and optionally password protect them.
In addition, Attach Plus can also integrate with the Windows SendTo option and attach/convert files directly from Windows Explorer.
The program makes it easy to automatically convert most types of files (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint files) , to PDF as you attach them to your e-mail.
Limitations:
Your free trial includes unlimited use of Attach Plus on one workstation for up to 30 days.
What's New in This Release:
New 'Sender Passwords' - Attach Plus now allows two passwords to be used for encrypting PDF files - one for the recipient to use, and one for you to use when opening attachments from your Sent Mail folder. This allows each recipient to have their own password, and still make it easy for you to open attachments later.
New File 'Shortcut' attach format - Work collaboratively with others in your office by attaching network shortcuts to files instead of the entire document (requires recipient network access rights).
New Folder 'Shortcut' attach format - Attach network shortcuts to folders when you right click on a folder in Windows explorer and choose Send To->Mail Recipient. Attach Plus now shows the "Shortcut" format so you can send a link to the folder (requires recipient network access rights).
New 'Restricted PDF' attach format - Menu for restricting recipient printing, copying and pasting, etc.. - Nine fully-configurable features.
Enhanced Merge PDF - Combine documents from multiple applications with the 'Merge' feature to create one PDF attachment.
New Support for Eudora e-mail client.
New Support for Italian versions of Windows and Office.
