1. Don't Eat Bad Sushi - There are two different conveyor belts, one that runs in front of the customers and another on that goes by your cutting station. If you accidentally make an incorrect recipe, just wait for it to appear on the conveyor belt next to you. From here you can double click and the item will disappear. If the recipe was correct, but just not what someone had ordered you might want to leave it on the conveyor belt in case another customer orders it later on. Items will remain on the conveyor belt until the end of the level.
2. Building Blocks - You will need to keep your ingredients well stocked to make customer orders. As new recipes appear on your menu, most recipes will still start with the same basic ingredients. You will need to order rice and seaweed (nori) often, because these two ingredients are included in every recipe. It's even a good idea to order a new batch of rice before you start making the first customer orders so that you won't have to pay extra to have your delivery rushed later on.
3. Growing Pains - As your restaurant grows more customers will visit and you'll have more recipes to learn. You need to save money so take your time and make recipes right or you'll waste precious ingredients. Also, try to accept as many reservations and orders as you can. These will give you extra cash to buy ingredients and raise your reputation. Even if you fail a level you will be able to use any extra cash you earned to purchase upgrades before you try again.
