Step 1. Launch Skype on your computer, type your Skype name and password to login Skype, please.

Step 3. Choose "Audio settings" and then you could adjust your audio device used to improve your Skype call quality. If there is still poor quality, maybe your earphone has something wrong with it. Change a new one, please.
