Opera is a web browser just like Microsoft Internet Explorer, which is developed by Norwegian Opera Softwar, you can surf Internet with Opera browser. Now the followings will guide you how to download Opera Widget from Internet.
First, you should install Opera browser on you computer, click here to download Opera installation pack.

Input the Opera Widget URL: http://widgets.opera.com/ at the address bar of Opera browser. Soon or later, the webpage will appear.
