In Word 2010, its compatibility was improved. So Word 2010 will save file as safely as former Word 2007, and the file size is smaller than old version .doc.
3. Word 2010 for Web - Comparing with old version Microsoft Word, the most important changement in Word 2010 is that there will be a web version Word for you to edit document on your web browser directly and publish you article in time. The web version is charged freely and everyone who has Windows Live account would use Web Word 2010 freely, but the web version just has some basic functions.
