1. Chains - Don't spend too much time trying to break chains. If you find yourself stuck on clearing a chained tile, try to match as many other elements as you can until you've gained use of a hammer or bomb.

2. Collector Power-Up - Even if you've collected all of the elements that you need on a level, the collector tool is still very handy. If you still have a lot of gold tiles to collect, use the collector tool on any element to get a bunch of tiles moving.

3. Bosses - Only fruit, branches and rocks are effective in boss fights, so make sure to match these items directly above a boss to do damage. Bosses can't be hurt while absorbing time, so take those opportunities to clear the boards of flowers and leaves, since those aren't affective against him.
